Senior Pastor
Donn joined the Baseline staff in 2003 after many years of full-term service at Young Life, and he was named Senior Pastor on June 13, 2010. Donn and his wife Nancy have three great kids and have been married over 16 years. Donn is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He can be found coordinating small groups, planning events, preaching, and filling many other roles as well. Donn enjoys sports, and spending time with his family.

Youth Pastor
Janelle has been involved in Baseline's Youth Ministry since 2002. She first joined us as a volunteer, then as an intern, and finally as our full-time youth pastor in June of 2006. She is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University where she majored in Youth Ministries and currently continues to help teach there in the Youth Ministry Department. You can find some of Janelle's published work in a student devotional book called "Seven Minutes with Jesus" or in "Thomas Nelson's Youth Ministry Source Book". Janelle is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. On any given day, she can be found hanging out with students or enjoying coffee at one of her local favorites. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and sharing God's heart with adolescents.
Children's Director
Clara joined our staff in 2013 and has a passion for children to know Jesus. Her organizational skills, compassion, and heart for the next generation have been a blessing to this church and especially to the children.

Office Manager & Missions Director
Anika joined our staff in 2008 and takes care of everything related to communication, adminstration, and local and international missions. Anika and her husband, Matt, were missionaries in Kenya for three years before returning to the States in 2003 where she worked as the Operations Manager for Heavenly Treasures until 2007. Anika enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids as well as figure skating, running and being outside in God's creation!

Allen joined Baseline's staff in the Spring of 2009 and he directs the college and young adult ministry. Allen's desire is for the next generation to know and serve the Lord. He spent five years serving in full-time ministry with Young Life before coming to Baseline.

Danny Wood
Pastor of Community Life
Danny joined the Baseline staff in 2011 on a part-time basis as Pastor of Community Life, coordinating Core Groups and other community focused programs that draw the church body together. He has been a participant of Baseline and Horizons Community Church for 20 years serving on the elder board, missions committee and many other programs and projects. He and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters and a son-in-law. Danny loves just about everything.
Aaron Anderson
Worship Director
Aaron joined the Baseline staff in 2011. Aaron graduated from Claremont High School in 2002, attended the Contemporary Music Center on Martha's Vineyard in 2004, and received a BA in Music from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2006. He married Amber, a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, in March of 2010. Together, they love watching movies... they are even working on a his/her perspective movie review site, and dream of owning their first dog.
